Campus Village is a Living-Learning Environment, made especially for students!

We want your college student to be successful throughout their career at the college of their choice. They need a good foundation and support to gain this success. At Campus Village, we want to help support their productivity by giving them a computer lab and individual study rooms at their fingertips. We want to keep them healthy and active with our state-of-the-art fitness center. We also want to help them relax by giving them the media room, fully loaded game room, cyber lounge, and resort style pool and hot tub for lounging. Campus Village meets every need that your student will have while in college so they can achieve what they came to College Station for in an enjoyable atmosphere.

Individual Leases

Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is only for your student’s space unlike many apartments or rental houses where a joint lease is signed. If a roommate transfers to another school or moves out of Campus Village for any reason, you do not have to worry about having to cover their portion of rent. This is just another reason why Campus Village is your student’s best housing option!

On-site Professional Staff

Campus Village has a full Community Assistant staff that lives on-site and is able to help your student whenever needed. Our maintenance staff will respond to your student’s maintenance issues quickly and professionally. Campus Village offers 24 hour emergency maintenance as well so that your student’s comfort is not affected. When the leasing office closes, we have on site courtesy officer that patrols the property through the night.

Transportation

Campus Village has built a relationship with Texas A&M University’s transportation department which allows the Texas A&M shuttle bus to pick up Campus Village’s residents at the property bus stop and take them to and from campus. This allows your student to get to class on time and not have to worry about finding a parking spot on campus or paying for a parking pass.

Affordable Floor Plans

Campus Village has many spacious floor plan options so they will easily be able to find one to suit their needs. We have efficiencies, one bedrooms, two bedrooms, three bedrooms, four bedrooms, townhomes, and even large five bedroom apartments. They even get their own private bathroom! Your students’ rent includes water, sewer, trash, high speed internet, cable TV, furniture, access to the Campus Village amenities, and so much more!

Fully Furnished

Campus Village is a fully-furnished community, saving you money! Each student will have a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, and a chest of drawers in their bedroom. In the living area, they will have a comfortable sofa, oversized chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, and dining room table and chairs. The kitchen includes sleek black appliances and granite countertops. Each unit also comes supplied with a full size washer and dryer.

Roommate Matching

If your student does not have a roommate in mind, we can find them one! We will have them fill out a Roommate Matching sheet so we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we will spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best roommate we can find!

Resident Events to Keep Students Involved

While the main focus of your student’s college career will be about graduating and getting a fulfilling job, they also need to have fun along the way. At Campus Village, your student will create life-long relationships and connections that will make them even more successful. Our Community Assistant staff plans monthly resident events to get them involved. These events range from pizza parties to karaoke nights, and breakfast at the bus stop to study nights. We will also keep our residents connected to events going on at Texas A&M University and the surrounding schools so they don’t miss anything!
